What you will hear in this collection of music is organic and very, very personal. Its warmth is reflected in a unique manner and reveals a most intimate side of Jose Feliciano. Recorded over a period of years, it is completely self-penned and produced and was recorded in his studio with his long-time friend, Al Payson. Together they honed a special piece of music; a body of work that reflects the innermost working of this iconic personality, this artist who has become a legend during his lifetime.

The music in this album reflects some of the issues of the world in which we live and some of the interests and concerns that are at play in Feliciano’s life (maybe in yours, too). It is both alive and fun loving as he enjoys poking fun and not taking himself too seriously, but ironically, it is at times, brooding and introspective as well. Very much like Feliciano, himself.
